The brothers Eyk-Uwe Pap and Jens-Olaf Pap established Baltic Diving and Salvage Work Firm Rostock LLC in May 1993. We have been based in Rostock on the Baltic sea for over 15 successful years. We conduct all our national and international operations from here. As an established company we carry out all hydraulic engineering and diving operations related to coastal preservation - both onshore and offshore, at home and abroad.
Our company meets all international criteria concerning safety standards and demands on quality. We strictly comply with any required standards of industrial safety and our employees are trained regularly. Moreover, our employees only use the most modern and approved equipment associated with nautical -, construction – and diving technique. At present we employ 12 professional divers, 1 hydraulic engineer, 1 hydro graphic engineer, 6 captains, machinists, technicians and junior-divers and if necessary we are capable of recruiting 20 – 30 freelance professional divers.
Along with our main office we have a branch office in Hamburg, offices and agencies in Tanger (Morocco), Gdansk (Poland), Odessa (Ukraine), and we are associated with companies in Bremen, Borkum, Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Klaipeda (Latvia).
Due to close relationships with specialised and structural engineers, hydro graphic surveyors, archaeologists and navigation experts, we have the ability to carry out duties and solve challenging and problems of our customers rapidly.
Our innovative thinking plus our flexible and safe method of operating allows us to offer our clients value for money solutions and a reliable implementation. Besides conventional hydraulic engineering, offshore operations and ROV-service, we specialise in the fields of 24/7 standby service, oil-fighting, salvage work, wreck disposal and operations in contaminated waters.
